Playing responsibly
You may use the game for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Respect the store age rating; minors must have any permission required from a parent or guardian. Do not exploit bugs, tamper with the app or its data, disrupt services, infringe others’ rights or use the game unlawfully. Restrictions do not remove uses permitted by mandatory law.
Ads and rewards
Rewarded ads are optional and the reward (for example continuing a game) depends on receiving a completion confirmation; availability can vary. Interstitial ads may appear between games. Applicable consumer rights, including any legally required remedies, remain unaffected.
Progress and availability
Progress is stored on your device: clearing the app’s data or changing device may lose it unless Android backup restores it. We may update the game, correct errors and change features. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability of the app or third-party services; any change remains subject to applicable consumer protections.
Artwork and intellectual property
The game, branding, software, music and artwork are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a licence to resell the artwork, create merchandise, or use NEXTMOON or Kumoki branding in a way that implies endorsement. Rights belonging to third parties remain with their owners.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Italian law applies to the extent permitted by law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Mandatory rules on the competent court remain applicable.
