Write to . Include “Kumoki” in the subject, your game version, Android version and device model, plus a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help. Do not include passwords or unrelated personal information.
Progress or a new device
Progress is stored on your device. If you change phone, Android backup may restore it when enabled; otherwise progress starts again on the new device.
A level feels unfair
Tell us the level number and what happened. The game balances difficulty itself, but real reports help us tune the levels.
Privacy and deletion
Use Your data for deletion instructions, and Privacy policy for the full data information. Privacy requests can be sent to the same studio email.
